Your Match Visualized: New Match Explain Is Here!

Understanding your match has never been easier.
With the new Match Explain feature on JANZZ.jobs, you can instantly see how well you match with another user through our interactive radar chart. The visualization provides a clear overview of your compatibility at a glance, so there's no need to dive into the details unless you want to. Want to know how your overall match score was calculated? Simply click on any axis label in the radar chart to jump directly to the corresponding section of the detailed analysis below.

There, you'll find a detailed breakdown of every value that contributes to your match score. See exactly how closely your skills, qualifications, and other entries align with the other user's JANZZ, down to the percentage of each criterion. At the bottom of the analysis, you'll also find all entries from both JANZZs that didn't match.

These insights can help you identify gaps, decide whether to update your JANZZ, and discover additional training or qualifications that could improve your chances of getting a better match and your dream job in the future. The results are easy to interpret:

50% or higher = displayed in blue
Below 50% = displayed in red

You can also decide how selective your matches should be. In Edit Mode, simply define your minimum match score to filter out weaker matches.
